Every reportable result, to the right health department, on time.

Test result reporting for the places that run rapid tests every day (school nurses, child care centers, nursing homes, clinics and pharmacies). A result entered at 2:10 pm leaves in the format the state expects, with the codes, fields and deadline already worked out.

27data checks run before a result is sent

How it works

Three steps. Site staff handle the first, and the other two run on their own.

01 ENTER

One result or a whole day

Type a single result, or upload a CSV in the familiar bulk format. Checks run as you go: CLIA number, the ordering provider's NPI, device and specimen codes, dates that make sense.

02 ROUTE

The rules decide

The engine reads the patient's state, the site type and the result, then sets who needs it, how fast (business days counted), and which extra fields that state asks for.

03 DELIVER

In the state's own format

HL7 v2.5.1 electronic lab reports, FHIR R4 bundles, or the state's CSV and portal sheet. Each delivery comes back with an acknowledgement, and corrections link to the original.

For testing sites

  • A reporting screen built for a nurse with ten minutes between students.
  • Deadlines tracked for you, with a clear list of what is due today.
  • Patient identifiers encrypted field by field, and every view written to an audit log.

For health departments

  • Messages that arrive coded, with LOINC and SNOMED CT values tied to each device.
  • Only the fields each destination needs, so data shared matches the purpose.
  • One onboarding covers every small site in your jurisdiction that signs up.
